General Sewing Machine has the right to refuse to sell to any merchant it feels is not capable of payment or proper credit.
There are no claims after 48 hours of receipt if delivery.
Title and ownership of all property sold is that of General Industrial Swing Machine Company until paid in full.
1 1/2% interest per month on overdue invoices.
No refunds just exchange, there is 25% restocking fee.
All shipping, duties and taxes must be paid by the buyer unless otherwise stated by a representative of General Sewing Machine.

Insurance on shipping is optional and must be requested be the buyer it is not implied by the seller.
Credit card information given be the client is used solely for he purpose of the transaction and not for anything else.
Goods paid by cheque will only be shipped once cheque is cleared.
